The election committee has the important task of preparing elections and conducting them in a legally compliant manner. This seminar provides the necessary knowledge on how to initiate and conduct a works council election in companies with usually more than 100 eligible voters. It is aimed at employees who have been appointed to the election committee and at works council members who are about to initiate a works council election in accordance with the regular election procedure.
