This seminar focuses on the participation and co-determination rights as well as the design and action options of the works council in personnel matters in accordance with §§ 99 – 105 BetrVG. Taking into account current case law, we will examine action and participation options of the works council, highlight common procedures and focus and advice on the practical application.
